Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament is the name for prayer when the Eucharist (bread that has been consecrated into the Body and Blood of Jesus) is visible.  The Eucharist is placed in a monstrance (display stand) to be visible for prayer.  If that is confusing or strange to you, learn more here.
